Partner Jon Offerman brings entrepreneurial expertise and a clear management vision to The Atlantic Group. Offerman's involvement is a testament to the company's solid history as a place where friends work side by side in an open and collaborative atmosphere.

Offerman met Roger Abramson at Jericho High School in New York, where they played football together. The two have been friends ever since. As an exceptional athlete and leader, Offerman went on to play Division I football as a linebacker for the University of Arizona. This competitive experience guarantees that success follows him into any field.

After college, Offerman founded and led a number of New York based companies servicing commercial needs, including a paint contracting firm and a construction management provider. As a young entrepreneur just out of college with two thriving businesses, Offerman defied the odds then and continues to do so today.

Offerman joined The Atlantic Group one year after its formation. He works closely with Abramson to manage and educate staff, work with new clients and ensure operations are working to their fullest potential. When not at work, he spends time meeting the demands of raising his three sons.
